Jbear was born out of love and purpose after the birth of my grandson in 2016. At that time, I had been a registered nurse for over 20 years, caring for others and nurturing life. Inspired by my grandson’s arrival, I felt called to open my own family home childcare business — a place where children would be cared for, nurtured, and given the best possible start in life.

Now, nearly 9 years later, Jbear has grown into an award-winning early education environment that continues to evolve and lead with excellence. I have earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) National Credential, Director’s Credential, and an Associate Degree in Childhood Management to further strengthen our program.
